At the three stops you will get a taste of:
Åstols Rökeri – smoked shrimps, aioli and sourdough bread and an Åstol lager.
Snapas from Salt & Sill – 3 kinds of self-seasoned herring served with selected self-seasoned schnapps.
Crayfish & bubbles – At Trålverket, located in the northern harbor on Dyrön. Alternatively, oysters and bubbles at a boathouse.
In each restaurant, the food is presented by the staff.
