Meeting & conference rooms
Conferences and meetings booked through us are held at Societetshuset. We welcome large and small groups of up to 250 people. You eat lunch and dinner at Societetshuset Veranda with a view of the sea.
In the premises, we set up a TV with HDMI connection and free WiFi. We serve morning & afternoon coffee and set out notepads, pens, fruit platters and water. We place great emphasis on service and an overall experience, which is why we help tailor your wishes as much as we can so that when you leave you feel satisfied and happy about your stay with us.
OSCAR THE II
In Oscar the II meeting room, you sit comfortably in Chesterfield chairs with plenty of space at the table. Enjoy the sea view up on the northern part of the Societetshuset with its own exit to the Veranda.
QUEEN SOFIA
In the southern part of the Societetshuset you will find our meeting room Queen Sofia. Spacious and charming meeting room with plenty of space around the table. Here you can step straight out onto the Verandan and view a fantastic view of the sea.
BLUE SALON
Blue Salon is very practical and flexible when it comes to furnishing tables, for example you can sit in school seating, long tables, board seating, islands, etc. We cater to your wishes.
GREAT HALL
For large groups, the beautiful crystal hall can be rented for conferences. With a large screen, stage, speaker system and lots of space, you are offered a truly unique place for meeting and development. We offer round and rectangular tables that can be shaped into any sitting position you desire.
